Today was Day 7 of #GreenHealthWeek and our weekly woodland group enjoyed a very sunny Forest Friday session in Teucheen Wood!
As part of the session they explored Hapa Zome (literally meaning ‘leaf dye’), a Japanese art technique that involves hammering leaves and flowers onto fabric to create prints with their natural pigment - a wonderful way to showcase and celebrate the beauty of the outdoors!
Thank you to Engage Renfrewshire for their continued support and funding which makes these sessions possible and helps us explore the positive impact of time spent in nature.
